I am currently part of the Cognition and Technology Research Group (CTRG) in the Information Science Department at Stellenbosch University, focusing on the psychology of technology. My research interests include: User experience; media multitasking; Human computer interaction, cognition and technology. I currently hold a faculty position teaching and supervising within the undergraduate and postgraduate Socio Informatics programs. I am in the early stages of my Phd studies focusing on reduced cognitive control induced by habitual media multitasking.
